My friend - what you have turned into?

The way other people call you will shape your thought, consequently your behavior, your action.

I just hate the word "Pị sạ" that turn my friend into a bossy one...a top-down leadership and a duplicated version of the one she hates the most.

Everybody start leaving the organization, they said they dont like you. Rumours about the top position with so much conflict worry me.

And I am standing there, just wonder, what my friend has turn into?
I know you tried to keep everything inside, restrain yourself from screaming out loud that you are dog-tired, that you are the only one that suffer most for keeping this organization.

Everybody hate you. Hate your bossy style, nagging style, hate your complaints, hate your thought.
I see you - lonely.

Should I be worried about you? Or just worried about the work only, and ignore you? What have you become, my dear friend?
